1. General provisions

3.2. The operator is obliged to:

— organize the processing of personal data in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– respond to requests and requests from personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data;

4.2. Subjects of personal data are obliged to:
